
SEAFOOD AND MEDITERRANEAN RESTAURANT BELGRAVIA (LONDON)
The client (Greek Entrepreneur) wanted to convert this grade II listed building into a top London restaurant, which will be located in one of the most wealthy and prestigious areas of London. The business plan was based on a price point of upwards 38-40 £ per person, furthermore the client requested the design to be outstanding, unique, sophisticated, elegant and overall competitive to the other restaurants nearby.
Luxurious materials like cotton and silk for the dining chairs, bamboo gris-wood for the bespoke wine cabinet or waiter stations were chosen to produce a welcoming and stunning atmosphere. Ecclectic accessories were used to introduce accent and excitement, providing inspriational dining and a tranquil retreat from the urban bustle. A striking lighting scheme using decorative pendants in combination with a reflector system and crystals set highlights were needed and turned attention on purpose to detail.
